This includes help with bathing, showering, strip wash, hair washing, dried, teeth cleaning, assistance with choosing your clothing and dressing, assistance with incontinence care and assist with morning wake up & night time tuck in.
To prompt the next meal, prepare a meal ready to be cooked, cook a meal (can be fresh meals made from scratch), assist with eating, drinking, leaving out snacks for during the day, food and fluids being monitored, date checking, tidying away after food preparation, shopping collection and putting away & prepare shopping lists.
Medication collection, administering medication, physical or verbal reminders to take medication, ordering medication & medication management.
We provide housekeeping services, we can help with laundry services, stripping and making beds, pet care services, assistance filling in forms & paying bills.
Organise transport, book appointments, work alongside other professionals, collected from appointments, have your own assistance at appointments.
Social calls, going out to a place of your choice, enjoying a drink and a slice of cake in a cafe, sitting at home with you whilst your partner/ family member goes out. We have activity boxes, why not try some activities, join in with our group outings. You can even have organised pet visits to your home. Let us make sure the spark keeps going in our lives.
